To watch the live Web Cams, you must install an
ActiveX Control through your web browser. In order to do this, you
must have full administrative access to install software on your computer.
The Web Cam page is designed for Microsoft Internet Explorer but should work
with other browsers as well. Follow the below instructions to install the
ActiveX control.

In your browsers menu bar, click on Tools, then
Internet Options. Click on the Security tab at the top, and you will see
the picture on the right. Click on Custom Level. |

| Scroll down until Download unsigned ActiveX controls appears, and make sure the option to "Prompt" is selected. Then click the OK button at the bottom. Click OK to return to the browser again. |

When clicking on the Web Cam Link for the first time, a dialog box will appear at the top of the browser window that looks like the picture below. Place your cursor in the dialog box and click to perform the next step. |

The software will install automatically, and a blue box will appear. If the picture does not appear after a few seconds, use your browsers "Refresh" button, or press F5 on your keyboard. To begin viewing the Web Cams, Click Here For Assistance, Click here and be sure to enter an email address.
